Frdiay, July 31st
4:00pm- 8:00pm: Packet Pickup and Cornhole Tournament
7:30pm: Smallfoot kids race (ages 5-12)
8:00pm: Pre-Race Meeting/Orientation
**All solo racers & teams please have somebody in attendance
8:30-10:00pm: Big Screen Movie, campfire stories, casual concert by vocal/guitarist Jake Smith, and general merriment
10:00pm: Quiet hours
Saturday, August 1st
5:30am: Mandatory Race Check-In
***The first runner from each team (and all solo racers) must check in by 5:30am so we know you have started the course. If you do not check in, you will be marked as a DNS (Did Not Start)
6:00am: START TIME for all solo racers and teams (sunrise @6:18am-No headlamp required)
Cutoffs:
12:00pm: Cutoff for all solo racers and teams to begin their 5th loop
1:30pm: Cutoff for all solo racers and teams to begin their 6th (final) loop
3:00pm: Finish deadline for all racers: 9 hours total (average 1:30:00 per loop, 15:23 per mile)
12:00 to 3:00pm: Post Race Meal
12:00 to 3:00pm: Award ceremonies for winners (given on the hour from 12:00 to 3:00pm)
